General Information:
There is a $10 non-refundable fee for each applicant, paid at time of application. A driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID must be photocopied when application is made. Applicants must be 18 years old. Security deposit is normally equal to the monthly rent but may be increased due to marginal or poor credit.
Income must be 3 times the amount of the rent of the property and applicants must have verifiable landlord references. Relatives are not considered rental references.
The tenant’s security deposit will NOT be refunded unless the tenant completes the term of the lease and meets all other conditions of the lease. Tenant’s security deposit may NOT be applied to the last month’s rent.
